AI Implementation

AI agents and LLM features built into the software your business already runs on

Overview

Koseti is a UK AI implementation agency building voice agents, chat and WhatsApp agents, LLM features and MCP servers into business software. Its production work includes Voco, an AI front office for UK businesses.

Voice agents with integrations

Koseti builds AI voice agents that answer and make calls in your business's name, take details, book into your calendar and act in your systems while the caller is on the line. Voco's agent runs on Retell AI over Twilio, uses OpenAI and Anthropic models, and connects to tools such as HubSpot, Jobber and Fixflo.

Chat and WhatsApp agents

Koseti builds agents that answer website chat and WhatsApp with the same knowledge as your phone line, and hand over to a person when they should. In Voco, WhatsApp replies keep the photos customers send and transcribe their voice notes.

LLM features in existing applications

Koseti adds large language model features to software you already run: sorting and summarising email, drafting replies for approval, and turning conversations into clean records. Voco's email inbox sorts incoming mail and drafts replies from the customer's own domain.

MCP servers

An MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read your data and take actions in your system through tools you define, with your own authentication in front. Koseti builds them on Laravel's official MCP package and has built and tested them internally.

What does an AI implementation agency actually build?

An AI implementation agency connects AI models to the systems a business already runs, so the AI does real work rather than just chatting. Koseti builds four kinds of AI work: voice agents that answer and make calls, chat and WhatsApp agents, LLM features inside existing software, and MCP servers that let assistants such as Claude act inside your system. Each one is built in Laravel with your own data, rules and authentication.

How long does an AI implementation take?

Koseti's AI projects typically take between 3 and 12 weeks from sign-off to live, depending on the type of work:

  • LLM feature in an existing application: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Chat or WhatsApp agent: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Voice agent with integrations: 8 to 12 weeks
  • MCP server: 4 to 8 weeks

What has Koseti built with AI?

Koseti designed and built Voco, an AI front office for UK businesses, from an empty repository to a live product. Voco answers calls, WhatsApp, web chat and email, keeps one memory of every customer, rings back missed callers and takes live actions in systems such as HubSpot, Jobber and Fixflo. Between June and September 2026, Voco's monthly search clicks quadrupled.

What is an MCP server, and does my business need one?

An MCP server is a small service that lets AI assistants use your system through a fixed set of tools, such as "look up a client" or "book an appointment", with your own login and permissions in front. A business needs one when it wants staff or customers to reach its data through Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant without exposing the whole database. Koseti builds MCP servers on Laravel's official MCP package.

How does Koseti keep an AI agent safe to run?

Koseti keeps AI agents safe with four controls: written rules on what the agent may do, a handover to a person for urgent or uncertain cases, a full log of every conversation and action, and spending limits. Voco shows all four in production: owners decide which calls count as urgent, approve email replies before they send if they choose, and set the most Voco can spend in a month.

How much does AI implementation cost?

Koseti quotes every AI project at a fixed price after a free scoping call. The price depends on the number of channels, the number of systems the AI must connect to, and how much the AI is allowed to do on its own. Running costs, such as per-minute voice charges from the providers, are estimated up front so you know the monthly figure before launch.

Our Process

How we deliver exceptional results for your project

1

Scoping call

We map what the AI should handle, which systems it needs to reach and what success looks like.

2

Rules and guardrails

We agree in writing what the AI may do, what it must never do and when it hands over to a person.

3

Prototype on your information

We build a working version against your real knowledge, test conversations and systems.

4

Integration

We connect the AI to your calendar, CRM, inbox or database so it acts, not just answers.

5

Testing with real conversations

We run it against real scenarios, review every transcript and tighten the rules.

6

Launch and monitoring

We go live, watch the logs and running costs, and tune it in the first weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our ai implementation services

Koseti uses OpenAI and Anthropic models, and Retell AI for voice, choosing the model for each task on quality, speed and running cost. Voco uses all three in production.

Yes, if the system has an API or a database Koseti can safely reach. Laravel applications are the simplest case; other systems are connected through their APIs or webhooks.

Koseti limits each agent to your own information and written rules, and sets it to hand over to a person when it is unsure. Every conversation is logged, so wrong answers are found and fixed quickly.

You do. The full source code goes into your own private repository, with no licence fees and no lock-in, the same as Koseti's Laravel work.

Running costs depend on usage: voice is billed per minute by the providers and messages per use. Koseti estimates the monthly figure during scoping and can build spend caps in, as Voco does.

Koseti plans data handling from the first scoping call: where data goes, which providers process it, what the agent remembers and how people opt out. Voco, for example, tells callers it remembers them and lets them ask to be forgotten.
